Who we are

I'm Laura Kiel, and this website belongs to Balance Inside and Out, my nutrition and Pilates practice in Central West NSW. You can contact me at laura@balanceinsidenout.com.

What this website collects

The forms on this website collect contact details only: your name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number, event details and message. Signing up to the InsideOut Digest collects your first name and email address.

Health information

This website does not ask for health information. Consult bookings and any health information are handled in Zanda, my practice management system, under Zanda's own privacy policy.

How your details are used

I use your details only to reply to you, plan a group session you've asked about, or send the Digest you signed up for. Your details are not sold or shared for marketing.

Where your details are stored

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website. InsideOut Digest sign-ups are stored in Flodesk, my email platform.

Other services

Bookings are made on Zanda. Payments for nutrition consults and Pilates are handled through Stripe and Xero, and merch and ebook purchases through Payhip. Each has its own privacy policy, and none of your payment details pass through this website.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the Digest at any time, and you can ask me to see, correct or delete the details you've sent by emailing laura@balanceinsidenout.com.
